Training company Agape is a programme partner in this edition of the AOTE and Lim is taking part in GI Kuala Lumpur’s brainstorming session. With nine years in the industry, he believes shaping this season’s entrepreneurs-to-be can improve the lives of many.

On motivation or the lack of it, and other obstacles to inspiration:
On a personal level, it is always the individual that limits his or her creativity. One must have a “can-do” and “just do it” attitude in order to attain inspiration and ideas. There must be a paradigm shift to appreciating the freedom to think, feel and do new ideas. Innovation is the power of continuous improvement and productivity.

On Asia’s readiness to lead the world in innovation and creative enterprises:
Asians are more than ready. In fact, we are better than the Western countries; so I encourage Asians to take pride and ownership in their work and flood the world with their imagination and creative human capital.
