Understanding the fundamentals of leadership are essential for young leaders to start right. Participants will learn and apply the fundamentals of functioning as a leader and being an effective team player at their level of leadership. 

The first step to functioning effectively is awareness. Participants will learn more about themselves through our specially curated workshops. They will also be equipped with tools and practice to use this new knowledge effectively. 

FutuResilience is a unique programme featuring a combination of the best of both worlds - Education and Adventure. Participants will undergo various obstacles that will challenge not only their resilience in physical abilities but also their mental strengths. 

For learners who do peer support and hold important roles in their committee, foundational life coaching allows them to build their confidence and skillset with mentoring, problem solving and goal setting; while levelling their social-emotional competencies. Foundational Life Coaching is said to be an important skillset in today's working world.

FuturExperienTrail for youth hopes to impart the skills & knowledge central to experiential education and are geared towards providing participants with opportunities to design lesson plans, prepare presentations, and engage in activities that have direct relevance.

Participants will be going through an amazing race featuring heritage trails. H.O.M.E. (Heritage On The Move) - a specially curated race that allows participants to utilise all senses (including taste!) to learn more about our history. They will get to complete tasks and activities that require them to use their wits, judgement, collaborative leadership and team work.

Project S.O.H.O (Small Office Home Office) is our flagship programme that equips participants with essential project management skills needed in today's world. Participants will plan, design, construct and present their very own SOHO.

Building on FutuReady's core value of "Basic Humanity", Future Givers aims to promote a spirit of empathy: by gifting and blessing the poor and needy. Participants will learn to be attentive to the needs of those who are in need and gain valuable experiences on how and why we do so.
